Organisation envisions supporting and empowering poor community to organize themselves in a collaborative spirit, develop, manage and run welfare activities/schemes for the larger benefits of the community and help them to join mainstream of NGO. The mission of the organisation to work for sustainable holistic development by conducting various social welfare programs and awareness programs with focus on conversation of environment, promotion of culture and development of overall NGO through education and literacy.

The organisation aims to ensure quality education, sustainable livelihood and employment to poor and deprived people, provide facilities and amenities with the purpose of improving their life. with the objectives socioeconomic development of the targeted beneficiaries the organist ion works as catalyst to fire up dormant imagination and enterprise of their derived sections and tries to put them on the threshold of upliftment’s and growth. ever since its inception the organisation implanting various Programsandprojects.

These days, JAYANTI ORGANISATION is working in different areas to help the disadvantaged and distressed people in the society. The areas include Environment Protection, Anti-Corruption Activities, Children’s Rights, Labour Rights, and ST, ST Development,Education, health Campaigns etc. We are Jayanti organisation Change and our greatest goal is “Putting hope, happiness and smiles by providing quality education, health, sc, st development,engaging in sports, socio-cultural and environmental upliftment opportunities to improve the Welfare and Wellbeing of the least privileged in Odisha general’ through member’s commitment and funds we receive. I have found myself walking in the shoes of prospective least privileged. who did not have money to take care of their basic needs. I know there are many young leaders in the continent who share with me similar stories. Through our mission and vision on our country and mother continent.

Our purpose is to provide opportunities, education and environmental friendly activities to the least privileged youths and disadvantaged communities. We aim to give as many youths the opportunity and access to education and leadership. I know if we help create the leaders who embrace a high quality of education, it will be easy to fulfill the dream which is , to eradicate extreme poverty and restore the dignity to Odisha in general. J. O envisions in a new paradigms shift of relationship in action to bring about change we need.

J. O marks an important transition from extreme poverty in Odisha. I am totally committed to the delivering of services, equality across the continent; bring illumination of the continent by the sharing of knowledge and to fund the immediate process of educating the least privileged Odisha in general.
